Dr. Satar Habib, Associate professor, He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Information and communication technology (ICT), 2015 and 2010 respectively from Malaysia, and a B.Sc. in Physics science (Microwave) in 2001 in Basra university, Iraq. He is the author of more than 70 scientific contributions, including articles in international Peer-review Journals and Conferences in the area of ICT and communications. The Author is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Collage of Engineering, University of Thi-Qar, Al-Nassirya City 64001, Iraq. His area of interest includes signal processing, computer science, and networks: theory, methods, and means of hardware and software implementation; sensor applications; IoT; network topological organization; M-Learning, E-learning, and communication.
