الرؤية (Vision):

يتطلع قسم الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية في كلية الهندسة – جامعة ذي قار إلى أن يكون مركزًا رائدًا في التعليم الهندسي والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع في مجالات الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية، من خلال إعداد مهندسين مبدعين يمتلكون أساسًا علميًا متينًا، ومهارات هندسية عالية قادرة على مواكبة التطورات التقنية الحديثة، وتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي.

كما يسعى القسم إلى توطين التقنيات المتقدمة في الصناعة، وتسخير نتائج البحث العلمي في مجالات الطاقة النظيفة وكفاءة الموارد، بما ينسجم مع رؤية كلية الهندسة في تحقيق التكامل بين التخصصات الهندسية المختلفة.

الرسالة (Mission):

يهدف قسم الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية إلى تقديم تعليم هندسي متميز يجمع بين الأسس النظرية والتطبيق العملي، ويُسهم في إعداد كوادر هندسية قادرة على دعم التنمية المستدامة وخدمة المجتمع، وذلك من خلال:

1. إعداد مهندسين أكفاء يمتلكون القدرة على الابتكار والتطوير في مجالات الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية والبحث العلمي.

2. تعزيز التواصل الفعّال مع مؤسسات الدولة والقطاع الخاص ومراكز البحث العلمي لتقديم الخدمات الهندسية والاستشارية والبحثية المتقدمة.

3. دعم التطوير المهني المستمر لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والمهندسين، وتنمية مهاراتهم العلمية والبحثية والتطبيقية.

4. تنظيم الدورات التدريبية والتخصصية للقطاعين العام والخاص بهدف رفع كفاءة المهندسين وتحسين مخرجات التعليم الهندسي.

الأهداف (Objectives):

يهدف قسم الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف الاستراتيجية التي تعزز جودة التعليم والبحث العلمي، منها:

1. تقديم تعليم هندسي عالي الجودة يواكب التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.

2. تمكين الطلبة من توظيف معارفهم في العلوم الأساسية والهندسية لتحليل المشكلات وإيجاد الحلول الواقعية والمبتكرة.

3. تعزيز مهارات العمل الجماعي والتكامل مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لتحقيق نتائج نوعية في المشاريع البحثية والتطبيقية.

4. غرس قيم المسؤولية المهنية والأخلاق الهندسية لدى الطلبة.

5. تطوير مهارات التواصل الفعّال والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

6. ترسيخ ثقافة البحث العلمي لطلبة الدراسات العليا وتشجيع النشر في المجلات العلمية العالمية والمشاركة في المؤتمرات المحلية والدولية.

7. دعم البحث العلمي التطبيقي الذي يسهم في تطوير الصناعة والطاقة والبنية التحتية الوطنية.

8. ترشيد استخدام الموارد وتحقيق الإدارة الفاعلة للوقت مع الحفاظ على جودة الأداء والنتائج.

Vision:

The department of electrical and electronics engineering at the college of engineering – university of thi-qar aspires to be a leading center in engineering education, scientific research, and community service within the fields of electrical and electronic engineering. It aims to prepare creative engineers equipped with a solid scientific foundation and advanced engineering skills, capable of keeping pace with modern technological developments and meeting the needs of the local and regional labor markets.

The department also seeks to localize advanced technologies in industry and to utilize the outcomes of scientific research in the fields of clean energy and resource efficiency, in alignment with the college of engineering’s vision of achieving integration among various engineering disciplines.

Mission:

The mission of the department of electrical and electronic engineering is to provide distinguished engineering education that integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications, contributing to the preparation of engineering professionals capable of supporting sustainable development and serving the community through the following:

1. Preparing competent engineers with the ability to innovate and advance in the fields of electrical and electronic engineering and scientific research.

2. Strengthening effective communication with government institutions, the private sector, and research centers to deliver advanced engineering, consulting, and research services.

3. Supporting continuous professional development for faculty members and engineers, and enhancing their scientific, research, and practical skills.

4. Organizing specialized training courses for the public and private sectors to enhance engineers’ competencies and improve the outcomes of engineering education.

Objectives:

The department of electrical and electronics engineering seeks to achieve a set of strategic objectives that enhance the quality of education and scientific research, including:

1. Providing high-quality engineering education that keeps pace with modern technological advancements.

2. Enabling students to apply their knowledge of basic and engineering sciences to analyze problems and develop realistic and innovative solutions.
